We're a small, family-owned business based in Ellenton, Florida. We work with local Florida farms to source ripe, in-season fruit, then slice and freeze-dry every batch by hand. No sugar, no syrups, no preservatives, just fruit. What comes out is a light, crackling crunch with flavor more concentrated than the fresh fruit it came from.

Every bag of freeze-dried fruit is packed by hand the same day it's dried. Real ingredients, real process, nothing else.
